BeatDreams grew out of the seeds sown by THCDJ.com aka The Hard Core DJ. THCDJ provided all the news, reviews, and event information an Electronic music fan could ever need. So why the change? Well, for one, THCDJ looked like a crackbaby and its name was like those terrible jokes your grandparents tell you and then keep explaining in hopes of you laughing without realizing that with every additional explanation, somewhere out there, there’s a kitten being killed.

This site was made to allow anyone who’s ever felt a song in their bones or a beat in their souls to experience that same magic daily, with news, interviews, downloads and radio shows of both the hottest DJs on the planet and up and coming talents from around the world.
We’ve survived on our passion for the music and our love for the EDM community and we look forward to growing alongside the sound, the people, and the artists we’ve been so fortunate to know.

David Abutbul

David Abutbul, born in 1984 in Beer Sheva Israel, is a Progressive, Tech and Deep House DJ & Producer. At 16 he signed up for a course on radio broadcasting at a local radio station. A year later he landed his own radio show called “The House” which focused mainly on electronic music. He first started mixing on his radio show using two decks with a primitive pitch control and a whole lot of eager for EDM. David Abutbul has been behind the decks since he was a teenager; today he’s not only a big DJ by size, but also by sound. David currently broadcasts a live weekly mix on one of Israel’s leading radio stations. He brings a special flavor which can only be associated with a city like Tel Aviv, Intense and full of life.
