In case you slept on it, I caught Porter Robinson’s Language Tour last week, and it was clear why the young talent is currently OWSLA’s franchise player (unless you count head honcho Skrillex). Well, if you ever doubted that summer belonged to the young, this week we’re graced with not one, but three remixes off of Robinson’s Spitfire EP, and best of all, they’re free. The “Spitfire Bonus Remixes” collection features two remixes of “Vandalism” – a banging electro-house remix by Lazy Rich, and an infernally delicious dubstep remix by Dirtyloud – as well as an epic Trance remix of “Spitfire” by Bjorn Akesson that takes the track places I didn’t know it could go. It’s like a loot bag from a rich kid’s birthday party, except the kid was cool enough to include a chocolate bar (FULL SIZE, not no Halloween puss bar), a toy, and Pokemon cards.
