That’s because Belgium’s also given us Eptic, a young talent whose high energy dubstep makes you feel like you just got a power up and are ready for the bonus stage. Case in point, his latest, “Stick Up,” is a bouncy, high-voltage affair that can only be described as the sounds of a clown’s madness.
